Waltz on Snow
2–channel video installation, 15 min loop

The „Waltz On Snow“ is a 2 channel Video Installation, showing two people filming each other as they slowly move down a skiing slope on snowboards. The setup of the installation clearly refers to the situation of the actors: two Projectors installed opposite oneanother, project on a free hanging, translucent screen between them, thus uniting two perspectives in one image. The 2 Riders are both actively filming and being filmed, riding ahead and following one- another at the same time, marking the only point of orientation in the completely white surroundings.
